    Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The M.A.D.E. Factory. By enrolling your child in our programs or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

    Program Enrollment

Enrollment in The M.A.D.E. Factory After-School Sewing & Craft Club is open to students in designated grade levels, as specified for each program. Enrollment is not guaranteed until registration is complete and payment has been received.

Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Fees & Payment

A one-time registration fee and a monthly recurring fee are required to participate in the program. All fees include supplies and materials unless otherwise noted.

Payments are billed monthly. Enrollment may be canceled at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.

    Attendance/Pick-Up

Programs are held on-site at participating schools during scheduled after-school hours. Parents or guardians are responsible for prompt pick-up at the designated time.

Repeated late pick-ups may result in removal from the program.

    Program Structure

The M.A.D.E. Factory provides guided sewing and craft experiences designed to build skills over time. Projects may vary based on student readiness, age, and group pacing.

Progression to sewing machines is introduced gradually and at the discretion of the instructor.

    Safety & Supervision

Student safety is a top priority. All activities are supervised, and children are taught age-appropriate safety guidelines when using tools and equipment.

By enrolling, parents acknowledge that participation involves hands-on activities and accept reasonable risks associated with sewing and crafting.

    Behavior Expectations

Participants are expected to follow instructions, respect instructors, materials, and fellow students. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

    Health & Special Needs

Parents are responsible for informing The M.A.D.E. Factory of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect participation. While we strive to be inclusive, accommodations must be discussed in advance.

    Photography $ Media

The M.A.D.E. Factory may occasionally take photos or videos of students for promotional or educational purposes. Images will never include identifying personal information.

Parents may opt out of media use by submitting a written request.

    Liability

The M.A.D.E. Factory, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during program hours.

Participation is voluntary, and parents agree to release The M.A.D.E. Factory from liability for injuries that may occur during normal program activities.

    Program Changes

Schedules, locations, and programming details may be adjusted as needed due to school policies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Families will be notified of any changes in advance when possible.
